We have our policies, procedures and systems in implementing all our projects. We have three different head of departments, under the Project Manager, General Administrator and Finance Manager and all are stationed at our head office at Tiruvalla. The Project Manager co-ordinates and control all the requirements of the site. The department that is headed by the General Administrator does necessary follow up action and procurements. Transfer of material, checking of bills and site inspection etc… are taken care by this department. The head of each section conducts weekly Site and Office meetings.		We appoint quality control engineers in all our major projects that will be technically sound and assisted by sufficient staff to ensure that quality is maintained in all our projects Quality of materials is ensured at all levels. Before issuing purchase order to a particular supplier, his capability and honesty etc... are checked first by our procurement controller. The concerned person will receive material brought to the site only if it complies the specification. Employing skilled and experienced hands controls work manship
The Project Manager control and monitor the progress of work with the help of computer software and by regular site visit. All the methods of construction, step to improve quality, progress achieved are all discussed at the site meetings. The General Administrator heads our manpower department.		Inventory control: - We have a separate consumable and assets. Consumable inventory is done project wise. Physical inventory is taken at project site and stored every alternate month. Monthly consumable statements are compared with production and stock. Site Management: We have Project Engineer to lead the site management team, which consists of site supervisors, quantity surveyors etc... At all sites, all supervisors prepare daily reports showing material consumption, detail of work done and report to the Project Manager.
Monthly progress reports are prepared based on the production to monitor progress of each work undertaken. Slackness of any work is noted and we do necessary step to speed up that work. Our chairman himself a qualified Engineer overseas the complete work and attend to the site meetings and take stock of the works conducted in each and every site.
