How does a purchaser book an apartment Silver Castle? |

Step 1: Fill the booking form by either walking into our office at Silver
Builders thiruvalla or by downloading the form from our website WWW.
silver uilders.in. Step 2 : Enclose the booking amount of Rs.2,00,000.00wide local cheque or DD in Favour of Silver Builders. |

You are required to pay 30% of the total cost within a month of your
booking when you will be issued a formal letter of allotment. You will also

established. Outstation Collection charges shall be levied wheneverApplicable. |

On cancellation of booking before Execution of agreements,the booking
amount shall be refunded without any deduction within one month of
receipt of written request. On Cancellation after execution of agreements,
Rs 25,000/- shall be deduted towards damages suffered by the builder and
the balance amount without interest shall be returned only after reallocation of the appartment |

what is purhasers responsibility for disbursement of installments through HFC’s? |

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure timely disbursement of
installments from the HFC for the disbursal of installments. The purchaser can
leave standing instruction or payment schedule shown in the agreement for constrution. |
